Kyvos Capital Ltd is one firm with two activities — real estate investment and quantitative & AI solutions. The name comes from the Greek for cube, a form built on geometry and rigour. Everything we do inherits that discipline.
Our Story

Kyvos was founded by operators who spent seventeen years inside institutional capital markets — running execution, building systematic trading systems, and managing risk on the world's most competitive desks.
That experience shaped a single conviction: capital, whether financial or physical, rewards engineering discipline. Models must be honest. Assets must be understood. Decisions must be measurable.
Today we apply that conviction across two divisions. Kyvos Intelligence delivers quantitative platforms and AI systems to institutional clients. Kyvos Properties leases and manages quality residential apartments across Cyprus, with a focus on Limassol and Paphos.
